MEET OUR COACHES

(Showing 1 - 3 of 7)
Hi there!! (My friends encouraged me to write ‘G-DAY’ but I’ve never actually said that in my entire life, so made an executive decision not to - much to their disappointment).

I’m from Melbourne, Australia, spent much of my childhood in Sweden and I moved to the US in 2013. I am a certified personal trainer, holistic nutrition coach and paleo dessert and granola maker. I have been working in the health and fitness industry since starting my business in 2011 and feel so fortunate that I get to do this each and every day. I grew up playing competitive sport, drinking kale juice and eating kraut (way before it was cool) and spending many mornings before school at the beach. I love training and having the opportunity to see what I am mentally and physically capable of. Being fit and healthy comes from dedication, discipline and patience and can’t be bought, inherited, stolen or borrowed. I LOVE THAT!!

I graduated from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology and I’m currently completing an Advanced Diploma in Alternative Medicine. Certified: NCCPT Personal Trainer, Fitness Australia Group Instructor & Personal Trainer, Nutrition, Wellness Coaching, TRX Group Suspension, Thump Advanced Boxing Instructor & Les Mills RPM.

WHAT DO YOU BURN FOR?
Being a nice human!! With all the craziness in the world, there are a lot of things I can’t control but each day I am afforded the opportunity to live whole heartedly by being courageous, compassionate and mindful of my choices.

WHAT’S YOUR GUILTY PLEASURE?
Floating, Massages, Online Shopping, Listening to True Crime Podcasts but mostly pretending/fantasizing that my Miniature Dachshund, Rosie Pops, doesn’t run my life and I’m in complete control.

WHAT’S YOUR FAVORITE OTF EXERCISE?
Rowing, DB Snatch, Burpees and Anything TRX.

WHAT DO YOU BURN FOR?
To keep up with my kids.

WHAT’S YOUR GUILTY PLEASURE?
My guilty pleasure is pepperoni jalapeño pizza.

WHAT’S YOUR FAVORITE OTF EXERCISE?
My favorite exercise is the single arm snatch.

WHAT DO YOU BURN FOR?
I burn for Spartan Races! I love competition and being outside, so burning indoors helps me compete outdoors!

WHAT’S YOUR GUILTY PLEASURE?
I don't have a guilty pleasure, I don't condemn myself for anything I eat or drink. Everything I put inside my body is there because I need it as fuel to perform a task or because I earned it.

WHAT’S YOUR FAVORITE OTF EXERCISE?
Favorite OTF exercise is BURPEES!!!!!

HEART MONITORED TRAINING

Backed by the science of post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC), our heart-rate monitored training is designed to keep heart rates in a target zone that stimulates metabolism and increases energy. Our clients burn an estimated 500 to 1000 calories per workout. We are 5 zone heart-rate interval training.

COACH SUPPORT

Working out in a group provides accountability and structure to help achieve fitness goals. You are more likely to get a great workout and better results from the well-rounded movements and pace direction you get in a group setting. The session motivates each other to pick up the pace and reach beyond plateaus. People who workout in groups stick to their goals more consistently than those that workout alone.
